Welcome to the JEXXXUS kingdom. These Terms of Service
constitute a legally binding agreement between you and
JEXXXUS, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our")
governing your access to and use of all JEXXXUSplatforms, services, and applications, including but not limited toBLXCKCHAT, BLXCKBOOK,
VEIL, JEXXXUS | TV,
NXT.spread, $EROS, wing6,
JEXXXUS | Docs, and any affiliated ventures
(collectively, the "Services").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use
of our Services.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

BLXCKBOOK, VEIL,

$EROS, wing6, and all related names,
logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks
of JEXXXUS, LLC or its affiliates. You may not use such
marks without our prior written permission.
5. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the Services.
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any party
- Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

invoices processed through BTCPay on JEXXXUS | TV). You
agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a
timely basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods except as specified in our Refund Policy.
8. AI and Automated Features
Some Services—including BLXCKBOOK,
BLXCKCHAT, and NXT.spread—may offer
AI-assisted features for journaling, messaging, synthesis, or content
recommendations. Output from these features is provided for
informational purposes only and does not constitute professional,
legal, medical, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for
how you use AI-generated content.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALLJEXXXUS, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS,
AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER
INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR
INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmlessJEXXXUS, LLC and its licensees, licensors, service
providers, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and
against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses,
costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your
use of the Services.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Bible Belt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If such dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal action in accordance with Section 13.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policyand Refund Policy,
constitute the entire agreement between you and
JEXXXUS, LLC regarding the Services and supersede all
prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written
or oral.
