Digital Millennium Copyright Act—Copyright Infringement Notice & Takedown Procedure • Last updated: 2026
JEXXXUS | TV ("we," "us," "our") respects the
intellectual property rights of others and expects users and content
creators to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act of 1998 (
17 U.S.C. § 512), we will
respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are
reported to our designated copyright agent.
If you believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice by following the procedure described below.
1. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To be effective, your written notice must includeall of the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work—A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered, a representative list of such works.

Identification of the infringing material—A description of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL or specific page location).

Your contact information—Your address, telephone number, and email address.

Good faith statement—A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in
the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner
or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Signature—An
electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act
on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Completed DMCA notices should be submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent:
We will process valid notices as expeditiously as possible and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
3. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that content you uploaded was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you
consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the
judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside
the United States, the federal district court for any judicial
district in which JEXXXUS may be found).
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will provide a copy to the original complainant and reinstate the removed content within10–14 business days,
unless the complainant files a court action against you before that
time.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), JEXXXUSmaintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any user's access to our platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including as a result of repeated copyright infringement.
5. Misuse of the DMCA Process
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not submit a DMCA notice if you are not certain that the material infringes a copyright you own or control.
